Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request is processed. r3rr processes withdrawals exclusively to payment accounts — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or bank transfer — that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined without exception.
r3rr provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the r3rr Platform. Where r3rr identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual — identified through matching CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identification data — r3rr reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonus funds, and, in cases involving deliberate abuse, forfeit the balance of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC verification is accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r3rr account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. r3rr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
You must notify r3rr's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. r3rr recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.
r3rr is required under its licence obligations to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid CNIC. r3rr may additionally request proof of address or payment method ownership documents. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by r3rr may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
All r3rr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. r3rr does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Deposits made via international payment methods that are not PKR-denominated may incur conversion charges applied by the payment provider — r3rr is not responsible for third-party conversion fees.
r3rr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank online banking, and standard interbank IBFT bank transfer. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Member's r3rr account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification are processed by r3rr within one business day. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically received by the Member within one hour of processing. Withdrawals to bank accounts are subject to the receiving bank's standard processing timeframes. r3rr does not charge withdrawal processing fees to the Member.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms of that bonus offer. r3rr will not waive or modify bonus terms after acceptance on the basis that the Member did not read them prior to accepting.
Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game type are displayed in the specific bonus terms.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent r3rr's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk or hedge bets to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting system errors, or coordinating bonus abuse with other Members — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
r3rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted by Members prior to the modification date, except where modification is required by regulatory obligation.

In the event of a software or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including but not limited to display errors, incorrect odds, or incorrectly applied multipliers — r3rr reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not payable. Members who identify a malfunction must cease play and report it to support immediately.
Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the r3rr system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Member. r3rr retains the right to cancel bets in the circumstances described in Section 7.3 and Section 8 of these Terms, or where there is evidence that the relevant market was manipulated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r3rr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the r3rr Platform without r3rr's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of r3rr's intellectual property will result in account suspension and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r3rr shall not be liable for:
r3rr's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
A Member may request to close their r3rr account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be paid out to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in effect. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
r3rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its discretion where r3rr determines that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required by regulatory obligation. Where closure occurs due to breach by the Member, r3rr may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.
r3rr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account and/or via a notice displayed upon next login to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Where an amendment is required by regulatory obligation, it may take effect immediately without prior notice to Members. In all other cases, r3rr will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before amendments take effect. Members who do not accept amended terms must close their account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which r3rr holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the r3rr Platform, you agree to first contact r3rr's support team to attempt resolution through r3rr's internal complaints process.
If the internal complaints process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under r3rr's gaming licence. The language of dispute resolution proceedings shall be English. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.
